I charge $150 for a 50 minute psychotherapy session. I currently accept Aetna, Premera, and Regence insurance plans. I reserve one spot on my calendar for folks who need to pay on a sliding scale. If you would like to arrange for sliding scale payment, we can talk together and identify an hourly amount that meets your and my respective needs.

I meet with clients purely in-person or do hybrid, meeting with folks in-person at least once a month. There is free one-hour parking available right by my office building.

I meet with clients weekly on Thursdays, 8-4. I allow for 4 cancelled sessions per year, not counting appointments I cancel. Cancellations need to be made with at least 48 hours notice.
