Insurance and Appointments

Fees

I charge $165 for a 53-minute psychotherapy session. I currently am in network with these insurances:

  • Aetna

  • Anthem

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Lifewise

  • Meritain

  • Premera

  • Regence

I can also take private pay patients and offer superbills if wanted. I have limited availability on my calendar for folks who need to pay on a sliding scale. If you would like to arrange for sliding scale payment, we can talk together and identify an hourly amount that meets each of our needs.

Appointments

I meet with patients:

  • in-person

    • I provide telehealth as an option for short-term concerns, such as travel, illness, etc.

  • once or twice a week

    • I allow for 4 patient cancelled sessions per weekly session per year. Cancellations must be made with at least 48 hours notice.

  • on Tuesdays and Thursdays
